Health check – don’t drink sugar

Basically a bookmark for myself to stop drinking sugar and stay away from bread. Dammint, I love bread.

    With cardiovascular work, you will need amino acids from your body to repair damage (which is normal). The body only has so much of an amino acid pool – and this amino acid pool has to make choices. Amino acids that go towards cardiovascular recovery are not going to muscle recovery. The best predictor of how old you are going to live is muscle mass [1992 Study]. The number 2 predictor is strength. So it beats things like blood pressure and cholesterol profile, inflammation profile.
