Tomorrow’s dinner

Dill-infused olive oil brushed eggplant, grilled salmon, yuba, and lightly steamed carrots with raw snap peas and spinich sautéed in butter. I had mine with an Aooni from Yo-Ho brewing.

Tokyo Sustainable Energy Choices

April, 2016, will be the month that consumers will get the chance to choose their energy provider. This is exciting news because it includes a list of sustainable energy providers, marking a departure away from nuclear and fossil.
